Introduction

Forms are one of the simplest ways to capture information — but managing them across multiple tools can quickly become messy. With the new Forms feature inside monday.com, you don’t need to rely on external tools like Google Forms anymore. You can now create forms directly within monday, collect responses, and instantly map them into items or subitems. Whether you’re gathering client feedback, project details, or signed approvals, everything flows back into your boards automatically. And since these forms also support secure eSignatures, you can take sign-offs without chasing emails or printing documents.
